The asola quality management system has been proven to meet all the ...
The journey from idea to finished solar panelled roof is not complicated nor hard. Nonetheless, there are things that you need to know and to take into consideration. Thus, we have prepared a checklist to offer you a practical guide to ensure that everything works out smoothly.
1. Contact your local installation technician!
The way to your PV system starts with well-founded advice: This is best accomplished by arranging a non-binding meeting with an installation technician. He will tell you what you need and will take all the necessary measurements for your roof. And make you an offer at your request.

2. See where it is possible to save.
With PV systems, you can save taxes. Ask your tax consultant about what options are available for using your PV system as a tax deduction, for instance by utilizing possible amortization options or other tax incentives.
3. Leverage the advantages of grants…
…such as low-interest loans offered by the development bank "KfW Förderbank". You need to submit an application to your bank for a low-interest loan together with the offer from your installer. You will receive a decision very promptly in approx. three to six weeks.
4. Financial aid checked?
Is the loan approved? Now you can sign a contract for the installation of your PV system and coordinate the final delivery date. The components are delivered after approx. two weeks.
5. And your project begins!
The installation of your PV system can now start. It takes only a few days. Your installation technician will take care of the export connection to the public power grid and arrange for the inspection of your system by the local power supply company.
6. The invoice is in the mail.
Once the system is successfully installed and operating, you will receive the invoice for your PV system. You also need to send a copy to your bank in order to be able to receive the loan immediately. Based on our experience, you should receive the money within a few days.
7. Claim your refund for the value added tax you paid!
Once everything is installed and set up, the sun starts to work for you. The local tax authority will issue you a new tax ID number for your PV system. You will need this so the relevant tax authority can refund the value added tax paid for the PV system. Send the following documents to the local tax authority: the connection report issued by the power supply company and the invoice for your PV system.
